Inauguration celebration, peace service and aid delivery

On Friday, 10/14/2022, the inauguration party of our new domicile in Bühlstr. 30 took place. Our many supporters were able to get a picture of the premises, enjoy home-baked Ukrainian delicacies and meet other fellow campaigners for the good cause. A special thank you goes to the city of Heidenheim for providing us with the new home free of charge!
On the following Saturday, a German-Ukrainian peace service with retired pastor Michael Williamson took place in Pauluskirche. Numerous contributions from the Ukrainian community made this bilingual service a special event.
In spite of these festivities, this week a van, provided by Lebenshilfe Heidenheim e.V., could start fully loaded with relief supplies to the Polish-Ukrainian border, where they were reloaded and transported to Winnyzja. Many thanks to all the helpers, donors and other committed people who made the inauguration ceremony, church service and aid delivery possible!
